TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
Technical Management is the core activity of Argo.

CREW MANAGEMENT
ARGO CREW S.R.L.
The crew management services are in house provided from a controlled partner company, Argo Crew srl in charge for selecting, recruiting, training and payroll managing skilled seafarers trough high professional team.
Argo Crew srl is authorized by ANPAL, the Italian Labour Agency monitored by the Italian Labour Ministry, is also certified MLC 2006 (Maritime Labour Convention) by the Italian Maritime Administration, it is in compliance with SOLAS convention (International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea) and with STCW (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) in order to guarantee the embarking personnel safeguard in respect of the Minimum Safe Manning Ship’s Certificate and all seafarers labor rights.
As a responsible company who value the owner’s assets and the safety of the crew, we adopt other than the foreseen drill schedule on the vessel, also the distribution of safety videos through Videotel to promote safety awareness amongst the crew in order to constantly improve the safety culture which is our main value.

CHARTERING AND POST FIX OPERATION
We handle chartering, marine operations and charter control matters in order to ensure service reliability for our customers. Our team works closely with owners and charterers to develop tailor-made solutions and strategies for maximum vessel employment success and smooth ship operations. Our Chartering Department has established solid, long-term relationships with our clients, built on trust, transparency and communication.
INSURANCE ARRANGEMENT & CLAIMS MANAGEMENT
We make sure our customers are protected against financial risks when an adverse event occurs. Among others, we offer coverage arrangements for Hull & Machinery, Protection & Indemnity, Loss of Hire, War Risk, MLC Reg. 2.5.2 Standards 2.5.2 – MLC Reg. 4.2 Standards A 4.2.1, Wreck Removal, Bunker Oil etc. To us, providing tailor-made risk coverage is part of our responsibility towards our customers’ assets.
